Introduction

Computer and Information Network Center (CINC) is committed to deliver secured, responsive, high-quality, and custom-oriented services and provide a robust academic and research environment for the students, faculty and staff at National Chung Hsing University. Additionally, CINC is co-operating with the Ministry of Education (MOE) and TWAREN to promote and provide networking services in Taichung area. CINC had been awarded the highest distinction from MOE for three consecutive years (2008, 2009, and 2010).
