Computer classroom rental reservation inquiry
Rental Notes
- The third PC classroom is reserved for Computer Science and Information Center seminars on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays every week and is not open to applications for full-semester courses on campus.
- 1.2.3 The PC classrooms will be cleaned on the first Friday of every month and will not be open for full semester courses or one-time rentals.
- If you have "software needs" for teaching in the new semester, please make an appointment with the classroom administrator as early as possible (1 month in advance) to install it.
- Please note that the rental teachers/instructors must remind students/trainees to keep their valuables with them and take them away after class. The center is not responsible for the storage or compensation of the valuables.
- If you are borrowing a parking space from an off-campus organization, please be sure to inform students that our school accepts EasyCard for parking and payment.
- If you need to rent a computer classroom in the new semester, please apply for the computer classroom rental by yourself. This rental system is not related to the course inquiry system. Please refer to the rental reservation inquiry on this website.
