How to instantly retrieve emails that were mistakenly blocked by spam blocking systems(SQR)
Although our spam blocking system sends out spam blocking details daily at 4:00 PM, there are times when you need to immediately retrieve emails that have been mistakenly blocked.
For example, if you need to receive a verification email immediately but it has been mistakenly blocked, you can follow the steps below to retrieve the email immediately.
1. Login in: https://sqr.nchu.edu.tw/snspam/homepage.asp
Please click on the MySPAM personalized login in the picture below
Mail Server domain:
Staff [nchu.edu.tw]
Student [mail.nchu.edu.tw]
2. Choose [SPAM] then select the date you want to retrieve the email from the date in the upper left corner
Messages in the spam folder are those that were marked as spam that day.
Messages in the inbox are those that were marked as legitimate.
Then click [Retrieve] in the [Functions] and the email will be sent to your mailbox immediately.(@dragon.nchu.edu.tw , @nchu.edu.tw , @mail.nchu.edu.tw)
