Staff: Each account has a default mailbox storage of 15GB.
Students: Each account has a default mailbox storage of 1GB.
When your mailbox is nearing its storage limit, the system will automatically send a warning notification, reminding you to clean up emails. If the mailbox exceeds its storage limit, new emails cannot be received until enough space is freed.

Maximum outgoing attachment size: 20MBPlease note that the above limitations are standard for our system. Whether an email is successfully delivered depends on the recipient's system limitations and the email software used. For large files, it's recommended to use cloud storage links instead of sending attachments directly. Below are attachment size limits for common email services: Gmail: 25MB, Yahoo: 25MB, Outlook: 20MB.
Maximum Number of Recipients per Email
Staff: Up to 150 recipients per email.
Students: Up to 100 recipients per email.
To avoid emails being marked as spam, it is recommended to send emails in batches for mass communication. Some email systems (e.g., Gmail) may detect duplicate content or mass-sent emails and flag them as spam, potentially rejecting them.
Mass Email Sending Limits
Staff: Up to 450 emails can be sent per hour.
Students: Up to 250 emails can be sent per hour.
When sending a large number of emails, be mindful of the volume to avoid being blocked or marked as spam by the recipient’s system.
