Why can't I see new emails when using Mail 2000?

This is because emails are sorted by importance, so emails marked with an exclamation mark (!) are at the top, pushing newer emails to the back.

Recommended method:

1. Please sort emails by date so that newer emails are at the top.

2. Mark emails marked with "!" as read, and the emails will be sorted by date.

Following the two methods above, you should then see the new email.
