What my email account ??

We will automatically create accounts for new students each year after the completion of registration and confirmation of all enrollment data to ensure accuracy.

Before the start of the academic year, students can refer to the email account coding rules to convert their email account for information regarding their account and password.

For new students admitted after academic year 2010: Email accounts and coding rules

To prepare for the academic year 2011 and the increase in faculty departments, the Student Number was increased from 8 digits to 10 digits as of academic year 2010. Accordingly, changes were made to the length of the email address of students who were admitted in 2010 (the 8-digit Student Numbers of students admitted in or before 2009 remain unchanged); and the password is the default password used to login to the course selection system.

Undergraduates  4 => s
Graduates  7 => g

Continuing education 3 => n
Industry-Academia Collaboration Program 2 => r

Forgot username or password?

Because email passwords are integrated into the NCHU portal site, you could first try to login with your password to the NCHU portal. If this does not work, change your password via NCHU portal, which will simultaneously update the password to your email.

If you still cannot remember your password:

For faculty/staff/students: Bring two forms of ID to the User Services Group in Room 105 on the 1st floor of the Information Science Building to change your password.
(PS. For security purposes, your password cannot be enquired and informed by mail.)
