This article explains how to retrieve spam messages that are older than 7 days：

1.Usually you will use the [Receive] button in the spam interception details received at 16:00 every day to retrieve the email (as shown below).

2.But when you retrieve it for more than 7 days, you will not be able to retrieve it successfully using the interception details method (pictured above). After pressing [Receive], the login page of the email interception system will appear, but it will not be retrieved after logging in.

This is mainly because the interception details contain the key to the letter, and the key will expire after 7 days. Therefore, the letter cannot be retrieved directly using the interception details after 7 days. The current alternative method is as follows：

• 2-1 Log in to the system https://sqr.nchu.edu.tw/snspam/homepage.asp

• 2-2 Click [SPAM e-mail], then select the date you want to retrieve the email in the date in the upper left corner.

• 2-3 Then press [Receive] in the [Function Menu]
