一. 電子郵件帳號說明  Email Account Explanation

1. 教職員： (Faculty and Staff)
   您的電子郵件帳號為您當初申請EZ-Come時指定的Email帳號，再加上@dragon.nchu.edu.tw。
   
   例如: 您指定的Email帳號為 sampleuser ，Email為 sampleuser@dragon.nchu.edu.tw 或 sampleuser@nchu.edu.tw 都可以使用。
   (@dragon.nchu.edu.tw與@nchu.edu.tw是同一個信箱，您可以根據個人喜好選擇是否省略dragon部分。)
    

Your email account is the one you specified when applying for EZ-Come.

For example, if your specified email account is "sampleuser" ,
both sampleuser@dragon.nchu.edu.tw and sampleuser@nchu.edu.tw are valid addresses.
(@dragon.nchu.edu.tw.@dragon.nchu.edu.tw and @nchu.edu.tw are the same mailbox.
You can choose to omit the "dragon" part based on your personal preference.)

 

2. 學生：( Students)
   學生的電子郵件帳號可以根據電子郵件帳號編碼規則來換算。

        學號第一碼與Email編碼規則的對應關係：

• 大學部：4 → s
• 研究所：7 → g
• 博士班：8 → d
• 在職專班：5 → w
• 進修部：3 → n
• 產學碩專班：2 → r

將學號的第一碼替換為對應的英文後，與學號的其餘部分組合，即為學生的電子郵件帳號。

例如： 學號：4113099001 → Email：s113099001@mail.nchu.edu.tw

A student's email account can be determined by following the email encoding rules.
The first digit of the student ID  corresponds to the following email encoding rules:

• Undergraduate: 4 → s
• Graduate: 7 → g
• Doctoral Program: 8 → d
• Executive Master's Program: 5 → w
• Continuing Education Division: 3 → n
• Industry-Academia Master's Program: 2 → r

Replace the first digit of the student ID with the corresponding letter, and combine it with the remaining digits of the student ID to get the student's email account.
For example: Student ID 4113099001 → Email: s113099001@mail.nchu.edu.tw

二. 預設密碼 Default Password

預設密碼為您的身分證字母首碼大寫＋小寫+身分證末四碼+出生日期末四碼（共10碼）。
例如：Aa55551010

依據資安法規，當您首次使用預設帳號密碼登入時，系統將強制要求您變更密碼。之後，密碼必須至少每180天更新一次，請定期更換密碼以維護帳號安全。

The default password consists of the first letter of your ID (uppercase and lowercase  *Remark 1), followed by the last four digits of your ID and the last four digits of your birthdate (a total of 10 characters).
For example: Aa55551010
According to security regulations, the system will require you to change your password when you first log in with the default credentials. After that, passwords must be updated at least every 180 days. Please regularly change your password to maintain account security.

* Remark 1 : 國際生您的ID請看以下範例 。 For international students, please refer to the following example for your ID.
If you are unable to log in with the default password, please email justice@nchu.edu.tw and include your student ID and name information.
